Phil Ivey’s $476k Weekend

Full Tilt Bonus star Phil Ivey was back to things he does best this weekend, beating all challengers and winning $476k. Ivey’s key opponent was kagome kagome (formerly IHateJuice) who he gutted in $3,000/$6,000 Limit Hold’em.

In 311 hands, Ivey collected $476k from the Limit specialist and finally and successfully made his way into the black this year. After going on a surprising -$600k downswing in the beginning stages of 2011, Ivey is now up $300k. Ivey has not at all recorded a losing year online and many label him as the biggest online poker winner all-time with about $18 million in profit since websites began tracking the games.

In other poker online news, Full Tilt Poker Download Pro Matt Hawrilenko continued his strong run on the virtual tables with $415k in profit this weekend. While Dan “jungleman12” Cates was also one of the big winners over the weekend taking home $181k.
